Photinia fraseri 'Carré Rouge' Christmas Berry
Shiny dark green, permanent leaves with bright red colored shoots. The young leaves are strikingly red at first, then they turn green. This happens twice a year, at the end of the spring, and at the second growth (July / August). White flower clusters in May-June and red berries in the fall. Medium sized shrub, of which a striking hedge can be pruned. Likes to be severely pruned. Lures bees and bumble bees during flowering in the spring.
