Strongly branched, graceful shrub with elegantly overhanging branches, growing as high as it is wide. Elongated ovate, green leaves, 3-6 cm long. Fragrant flowers in broad flower panicles, dark pink in bud, later pink with almost white inside, early May. One of the most beautiful bridal flowers. Strong and healthy species that prefers a moist, humus-rich soil, sun or partial shade.
